Pick the theme for next year's calendar ...And join the girls on set*

Edgar Brothers Policy & Military Division are offering one lucky person the opportunity to not only pick the theme for the 2011 calendar, but also come on set for the photoshoot. Each calendar order placed gives you the opportunity to suggest a theme for next year’s calendar. The person with the winning suggestion will be invited to come on set for the calendar shoot and witness their idea come alive.

* One competition entry per order

  1. The competition is open to any person aged 21 or over with a valid passport.
  2. Participants must submit their theme at time of purchase using the space provided on the purchase form. Entries must be a maximum of 200 characters and only one theme per order will be accepted.
  3. All themes entered will remain the property of Ian Edgar (Liverpool) Ltd and may be used without limit at any future date.
  4. Proof of submitting a theme in the purchase form is not proof of receipt of entry.
  5. The closing date for receipt of entries is 31st January 2010 at 5pm.
  6. The winning theme will be chosen by Ian Edgar (Liverpool) Ltd and the winner will be notified within 7 days of the closing date.
  7. The winning entrant must submit to a CRB check and Ian Edgar (Liverpool) Ltd retain the right to refuse any person to participate in the prize.
  8. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given. Travel dates will be subject to the availability of Ian Edgar (Liverpool) Ltd employees and the winner must be available for these dates or forfeit their place.
  9. By entering the competition, the participant agrees to be included without limit in publicity material for Ian Edgar (Liverpool) Ltd and the 2011 Calendar.
  10. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within a reasonable time, Ian Edgar (Liverpool) Ltd reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner.
  11. Ian Edgar (Liverpool) Ltd will not be liable for any injury or damage to the winner whilst participating in the prize.
  12. The decision of Ian Edgar (Liverpool) Ltd is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
